Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kevin currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Repligen Corporation, where they oversee the global manufacturing facilities and is responsible for operational strategy, supply chain management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this, they were a Senior Operations Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they provided thought leadership and support to various sites and businesses. Kevin also served as the Vice President of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System at Thermo Fisher Scientific, leading the company-wide continuous improvement transformation. Earlier in their career, Kevin held various roles at Alcoa, including Business System Director and Operations Manufacturing Leader.

Kevin Smith attended the University of Iowa from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
