Anastasiia Senkevych is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Second Line Support Manager at Reply since November 2016, responsibilities include assisting first line support agents with technical issues, investigating reported problems, and collaborating with development teams to resolve complex issues.
