Joshua Melo

Joshua Melo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, client success, and writing. Currently serving as an Account Relationship Manager at SLIQUE Media since August 2024, Joshua previously held multiple roles at Reply.io, including Client Success Account Manager and Head of North American Support, where responsibilities included onboarding clients, managing support teams, and optimizing re-engagement campaigns. Since 2015, Joshua has also worked as a freelance writer and editor, contributing to various projects for clients such as ZoomandGo and AcelerarTech. Joshua began a career in management as the Front Desk Manager at Metro Inc. and served as Editor in Chief at OTL News. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in English Language and Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned in 2015.
