Coline Raffaelli

Coline Raffaelli is an experienced project manager currently working as Chargée de projet Assistance at Reporters sans frontières (RSF) since December 2021. Previous roles include Assistante projets focusing on gender-based violence and education at Amel Association International, and Assistante pôle Urgences at CARE. Coline also served as Assistante département Communication grand public at Plan International France. Educational qualifications include an intensive diploma in Arabic from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco), a contemporary Arabic diploma from Institut Francais du Caire, and a Master's degree in Public Policy and International Humanitarian Action from Université Paris-Est Créteil, among other international relations and journalism degrees.
