Delphine Halgand-Mishra

Delphine Halgand-Mishra is an accomplished media and technology professional with extensive experience in journalism, advocacy, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Founding Executive Director of The Signals Network since November 2017, Halgand-Mishra coordinates collaborative media investigations on critical issues such as EdTech and data misuse. In addition to this role, Halgand-Mishra is a Fellow at the Shuttleworth Foundation, focusing on accountability in the technology industry, and a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). Halgand-Mishra has also held key positions at Reporters Without Borders, where responsibilities include acting as North America Director and Treasurer, leading campaigns to defend freedom of information. Previous journalism roles include working for Le Monde and E24 France, among others, complemented by a Master's degree in Journalism from Sciences Po.
