Julie Leduc

Julie Leduc currently serves as Head of Projects at Reporters sans frontières (RSF) since November 2019, and previously held the position of Responsable Planification Suivi Evaluation. Prior experience includes roles such as Chargée de Coordination for the Urgence Ebola project at ALIMA, Project Manager at COOPI, and Grants and Reporting Officer at Première Urgence Internationale. Julie Leduc has extensive experience in project management, proposal development, and program support, having worked across various countries and humanitarian contexts. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma and a Master’s Degree in Humanitarian Action and Humanitarian Law from Aix-Marseille University, as well as a Maitrise in International Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. Julie Leduc also contributed significantly to humanitarian projects in Cameroon and Burkina Faso as a member and president of Association Humani-Terre.
