Marie Shima Bouilly

Marie Shima Bouilly is an accomplished professional in project management and institutional development, currently serving as Project Manager and Institutional Development Lead at Reporters sans frontières (RSF) in Rio de Janeiro since December 2023. Bouilly also leads the Solidarity Unit at São Paulo Accueil, supporting Brazilian associations that aid vulnerable families and promote community development. Previous roles include Project Manager at the French Development Agency for Media, overseeing projects in Ukraine, the Balkans, and Myanmar while managing partnerships in South Asia for CCFD-Terre Solidaire. Bouilly has extensive experience in coordinating RSF’s international offices and projects, along with foundational work in monitoring, reporting, and fundraising with organizations such as MA'AN Development Center and the French Red Cross.
