Jessica Klement

Jessica Klement, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jessica began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Development at the American Repertory Theatre. In 2010, they moved on to become a Marketing Specialist and Office Manager/Staff Accountant at Intronis. In 2012, they took on a Project Manager/Marketing Consultant role at a confidential company. Later that same year, they became a Marketing and Regional Account Manager and Public Relations and Marketing Manager at WorkWell Prevention & Care. In 2016, they were hired as a Customer Experience Manager at Care Bridge International, Inc. In 2021, they became the Director of Business Operations and Manager, Business Systems and Operations at Encortex. Finally, in 2022, they were hired as an Operations Manager at Reposite.

Jessica Klement earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2009, majoring in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects. Jessica then attended Community College of Rhode Island from 2004-2006, earning an Associate's Degree in General Studies and Studio Art. In 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration degree from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, specializing in Innovation Entrepreneurship.
