Sarah Caspar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sarah started their career as a Front Desk Agent at Sleepy Hollow Country Club in 2009 and worked there until 2010. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Guest Service Representative at Castle Hotel and Spa. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Vacation Planner at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. In 2015, they joined Castle Hotel & Spa as a Private Events and Sales Junior Manager, where they worked until 2016. Sarah then joined InterContinental Hotels & Resorts as a Conference Services Manager from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Kapow as an Account Manager, National Partnerships, and then transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager until 2023. Currently, they are employed as an Account Manager at Reposite since May 2023.

Sarah Caspar attended Michigan State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality Administration/Management. After completing their degree, they obtained a Trainer Certification Program Level 1 from Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation in October 2013. In December 2014, Sarah obtained their TIPS Alcohol Certification from the same institution, Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation.
