Jonathan Yam

Jonathan Yam is an experienced product leader with a strong background in building and optimizing products across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product at RepRally since October 2025, Jonathan previously held the same position at Stadium Live Studios, where core feature developments resulted in a 270% increase in D30 retention and successful monetization strategies. Prior roles include Product Manager at Wish, where a merchant dashboard was launched for 600,000 global merchants, and Operations Manager at Uber, contributing to supply growth strategies for Uber Eats. Jonathan's earlier experience encompasses product management at Drop, investment banking at Lazard, and internships in aerospace engineering and research at esteemed institutions like Bombardier Aerospace, Stanford University, MIT, and Harvard University. Jonathan holds a BASc in Engineering Science with a focus on Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto.
