Rashida Hanif

Rashida Hanif is the Founding CEO of RepresentEd, where efforts focus on connecting early stage professionals of color with opportunities in forward-thinking organizations that value lived experiences, a role held since March 2015. Previously, Rashida was a member of Chief from February 2022 to February 2023 and worked as an Independent Broker at RHC from 2009 to 2014. Other positions include Data Center Business Development Specialist at Digicel in 2010, Senior Account Executive at FusionStorm from November 2007 to May 2008, Enterprise Entertainment Account Manager at Verizon Business from May 2004 to May 2007, and Mid Market Account Manager at SBC Communications (now AT&T) from 1999 to May 2004. Rashida holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and has further education from the University of Cape Town.
