Richard Cook

Richard Cook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Executive and co-Founder of Voter Choice Arizona since February 2020 and as an Advocate for Democracy at RepresentUs, Richard focuses on promoting democratic integrity. With a long-standing commitment to community service as a CASA Program Volunteer with Pima County Juvenile Court, Richard has also held senior roles at Aetna and Coventry Workers' Comp Services, where expertise in business program management and operational optimization was demonstrated. With previous board roles at the University of Michigan Alumni Club and Society for Technical Communication, Richard's leadership and strategic capabilities are complemented by a strong educational background, holding a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MS in Econometrics from the United States Naval Postgraduate School.
