Reed Gilbert

Reed Gilbert currently serves as the VP of Finance and Operations at Reprise since July 2025. Previously, Reed held the position of VP of Finance at HqO, contributing to a significant Series D funding round. At Gordian Software, Reed was the Vice President of Finance, People and Operations, where responsibilities included establishing operational functions as the company grew from seed stage to $15 million in revenue. Prior roles include serving as the Commercial Strategy Director at Indigo, overseeing a sales team for grain transportation, and leading transportation partnerships at Wayfair, where Reed managed the performance of numerous providers. Reed's career also includes key roles in corporate development and real estate management at Wayfair, along with an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's Degree from Duke University.
