VP, Finance & Operations at Zynx Health

As the top-ranking member of the Zynx Health Finance and Operations team, Lac Dinh, MBA, plays an integral role in ensuring the delivery of the organization’s mission of continual improvement of patient outcomes and financial performance.

Lac currently serves as Zynx’s Vice President of Finance and Operations. In this role, Lac holds responsibility for various aspects of Zynx’s financial strategies, operations, contract administration, and HIPAA privacy compliance.

As a results-oriented financial leader, Lac’s expertise spans financial planning and analysis, operational efficiencies, and process transformation. Lac has more than a decade of progressive experience managing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial analysis/reporting across multiple industries.

Lac joined Zynx in 2010 when she began as the Director of Finance, later moved into the Senior Director position and, later still, Associate Vice President. In these roles, Lac managed Zynx’s finance functions, including budgeting, financial modeling, short and long-range financial planning, reporting, policy setting, and managing both on-site and remote teams.

Before joining Zynx, Lac served as Assistant Director of Finance for W Hotel Los Angeles, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. There she partnered with the Director of Finance to increase revenues, identify weaknesses in internal controls, and assess and analyze their current financial position.

Lac holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Lac also holds a variety of certifications, including, but not limited to, the Six Sigma Green Belt and Scrum Master Certification.
