Jens Godat

Jens Godat is an experienced professional in product and technology operations, currently serving as the Product & Technology Operations Lead at RepRisk since January 2022, where Jens drives strategic and operational initiatives while managing the company's OKR process. Jens also works as a leadership coach, providing individual and group workshops aimed at enhancing leadership skills and team effectiveness. Previously, Jens held roles at Persistent as Partner and Chief Operating Officer, where operational and people strategy were key focuses, and at Enable as an HR/recruitment advisor and board member. Jens's extensive experience at Google, spanning from January 2005 to September 2018, included various positions such as Human Resources Business Partner and Strategy Lead, culminating in the operational leadership of successful projects across multiple divisions.
