Stephanie Yost

Counsel & Deputy Government Relations Director at Reproductive Freedom for All

Stephanie Yost has a diverse work experience, starting as an Executive Trainee and later becoming an Assistant Buyer and Area Sales Manager at Hecht's Department Stores. Stephanie then worked as an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives before becoming a Legal Intern at Legal Aid of West Virginia. Stephanie also worked as a Research Assistant at Washington & Lee University School of Law and as a 3rd Year Practice Certified Student Attorney at the Community Legal Practice Center. Stephanie then became an Attorney at Leiser, Leiser & Hennessy, PLLC, where they negotiated and litigated various civil, employment, and domestic relations matters. Stephanie's next role was at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where they worked as a Reproductive Health Policy Law Fellow and later as the Women's Health Policy Report Associate Editor. Stephanie then joined Planned Parenthood Federation of America as a Legislative Specialist. Currently, Stephanie is working at NARAL Pro-Choice America as a Counsel & Deputy Government Relations Director, where they oversee women's and reproductive health-related policies and develops legislative strategies.

Stephanie Yost received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia in 2000. In 2003, they obtained a Graduate Certificate of Professional Development in Women, Policy, and Political Leadership from American University. Stephanie then went on to complete their Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law from 2004 to 2007.
