Adam Sheikh is the current VP of Decommissioning & Energy Transition at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Ltd. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working their way up from humble beginnings. Adam started their career as a Subsea engineer, working their way up to Head of Engineering & Integrity, and then eventually to their current position. Adam is responsible for the decommissioning of eleven offshore facilities, one onshore terminal, one hundred and sixty pipelines, seventy umbilicals, and twenty templates. Adam is also responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of corporate performance standards, and for leading the engineering and integrity teams within the assets and function.
