Quanmin Zhao has a Bachelor of Engineering from the China University of Petroleum (Huadong) and a Doctor of Engineering from the China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
He is Chinese citizen and has held various engineering and management roles in Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration & Production Corporation (SIPC) since 2007 including Senior Vice President - SIPC, Vice General Manager - Kazakhstan Project, Vice General Manager - Syria Project and Deputy Chief Engineer - Sinopec Jianghan Oilfield.
He is currently General Manager of Tiptop US Holding Corporation and Chief Engineer for SIPC based in Beijing.
