Beatriz Chacón

Beatriz Chacón is an Exploration Geologist at Repsol, currently working in the Global Basins Group since June 2019. Prior to this role, they accumulated extensive experience as an Exploration Geologist across various regions, including West Africa and the Middle East, where they focused on well data analysis and seismic interpretation. Beatriz worked as a Consultant for Repsol and PALEOCONSULT and contributed as a Research Assistant at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specializing in sedimentology and biostratigraphy during their academic career. They hold a Doctorate in Geology from the same university, where they researched the sedimentary basins of the Western Tethys.
