Bernardo Mendonça

Bernardo Mendonça is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and business development within the energy sector. Currently serving as Head of Repsol Directo at Repsol since December 2017, Bernardo also leads the lubricants retail business in Portugal and previously held the role of Sales Engineer, focusing on asphalt commercial representation. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Gesto Energy Consulting, where responsibilities involved business development, project finance for energy projects, and conducting feasibility studies and hydropower assessments. Bernardo’s career began as a Hydraulic Engineer at FC REGO, where the focus was on designing a water network system in Mozambique. Bernardo holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, obtained between 2005 and 2012.
