Berta Cabello Calvo

Berta Cabello Calvo serves as the Renewable Fuels Director at Repsol since July 2017, focusing on advancing the company's renewable fuels and feedstock initiatives to meet 2050 net zero goals. Previous roles at Repsol include leading the transformation of the refining business through decarbonization and energy efficiency efforts, alongside project development in refining and planning. Berta currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Genia Bioenergy and Vice Chairman at Asociación CRECEMOS, while also possessing significant experience in corporate governance and business support from a previous role at ILBOC. Berta's career at Repsol began in 2001, progressing through various engineering and development roles. Berta obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
