Carlos Rosales

Carlos Rosales has over a decade of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Corporate Strategy Senior Analyst at Repsol, focusing on energy transition since September 2011. Prior roles at Repsol include positions as a Senior Exploration Geoscientist overseeing CCUS project screening, as well as conducting exploration activities across the U.K. and Eastern Europe. Earlier experience includes working as an Exploration Geophysicist for both the Bulgaria team and the Portugal exploration group. Carlos's career began at SAITEC as an Operations Geologist and Geotechnical Engineer from 2008 to 2010. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Exploration & Production of Hydrocarbons from Heriot-Watt University and a degree in Geological Engineering from Universidad de Salamanca.
