Elena Alvarez Diez

Elena Alvarez Diez is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of European Affairs and Director of Institutional Relations at Repsol since July 2015. Prior roles at Repsol include Manager of European Affairs and positions in management control, risk management, and trading across various subsidiaries from 1990 to 2015. Elena has further developed expertise through several academic programs, obtaining degrees in management and risk management from institutions including Esade, Universidad Austral, and the Energy Institute in London, along with specialized training from the Oxford Institute of Petroleum Studies.
