Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a nutritionist in a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019 and lectured on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
