Rafaela de Oliveira Pinheiro

Rafaela de Oliveira Pinheiro has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked at Repsol from January 2010 to July 2025 in various roles, including Research and Development Coordinator, Project Engineering Coordinator, and Senior Project Engineer within the Facilities Engineering Department. Key responsibilities included coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing technical and economic feasibility studies for offshore exploration projects, and overseeing decommissioning projects in the UK. Prior to Repsol, Rafaela gained valuable skills as a trainee at Petroserv S.A. and in consultancy at Grupo de Produção Integrada. Educational qualifications include an Industrial Engineer’s Degree and a graduate course in Petroleum Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, along with an Engineer’s degree in Project Management from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ.
