Sara Candamo Lena

Sara Candamo Lena is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in procurement and contract management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Specialist at Repsol since April 2022, Sara focuses on applying supply chain principles and developing contract strategies to enhance operational continuity. Previously, at Pacific Rubiales Energy, leadership encompassed managing procurement for logistics, drilling, exploration, and project services while fostering strategic partnerships. Sara's early career at Repsol YPF highlighted expertise in public bids and logistics, supplemented by an internship at Backus supporting IT projects in supply chain operations. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from EUDE Business School and has completed a Diploma in Management Skills Development at Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
