Vimukthi Perera

Vimukthi Perera, P.E., is the Manager of Electrical Engineering at Repsol, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as a Senior Manager in HV and Wind Development Engineering at EDP Renewables North America and worked as an Electrical Engineering Project Manager there from 2022 to 2025. Vimukthi began their career at Concept Engineers, INC as a Junior Drafter in 2006 and later gained experience as a Protection and Control Technician at Oncor Electric Delivery from 2012 to 2013. They hold a degree in Electrical Power Engineering Technology from the University of Houston, where they graduated summa cum laude in 2011.
