Victoria Lowe has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Victoria began their career as a Garment Technologist at Boardman Bros Limited in 2007 before moving on to work as a Marketing Assistant at FLANNELS in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, Victoria was a Partner at Renegade Marmalade, where they established an in-house fashion label and managed design, production, and retail operations.

In 2013, Victoria became a Design & Technology Teacher at Copley Academy and held this position until 2015. During this time, they also worked as a Design & Technology/Art Teacher at Al Yasmina Academy in Aldar Academies, specializing in GCSE and A Level courses. Victoria also directed the costume department for annual theatre productions.

From 2015 to 2019, Victoria worked at the Ministry of Education – UAE, where they held several roles. Victoria started as a Lead Trainer in Visual Art at the Creative Arts Academy, responsible for skills development of visual art staff and student recruitment. Victoria was later promoted to Academy Lead for the Creative Arts Academy, overseeing its operation and expansion across Dubai. Finally, they became the Head of Department at the Food Science Academy, where they managed operational and academic support, training, marketing, and expansion.

In 2021, Victoria joined Westford University College as the Fashion Design Faculty & Industry Outreach Manager, overseeing curriculum development and industry outreach. Currently, they are the Head of Creative Arts Faculty at Repton Dubai, a role they assumed in 2023.

Victoria Lowe has a strong educational background in the fields of education and fashion. Victoria completed their undergraduate studies at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2009, earning a First Class Honors degree in Fashion, Materials, and Technology. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university, completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on Secondary Design & Technology, specifically in Textiles and Food Technology, earning a Merit. Apart from their formal education, Victoria also obtained a certification in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera in July 2021.
