Marco Cerulli

Marco Cerulli is an experienced professional with a diverse background in enterprise management, project management, and consultancy. As the Associate Founder of Marco Cerulli Consulting since 2017, Marco has focused on enterprise management strategies. Additionally, Marco serves as a Senior Lecturer at the Master SUPSI program in Public Administration Management and as a post-graduate teacher in business management at SUPSI. Previous roles include Enterprise Consultant and Coach at AFG Management Consulting, where Marco specialized in business strategies and management techniques, as well as various leadership positions at SBB CFF FFS. Marco's earlier career includes project development as a Project Engineer at SMARTEC SA and civil engineering and planning as an office manager at Semarico SA. Marco holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Risk Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland.
