Crystalynn Godek

Crystalynn Godek, CPC, ELI-MP, currently serves as the Associate Director of People Development at Republic Airways and is an Organizational Development Consultant. With extensive experience in talent development and coaching, Godek empowers clients through the Activate 180 Methodology, enhancing employee performance and satisfaction. Previous roles include Head of Talent at Demandwell, where Godek led HR functions and developed strategic engagements, and managerial positions at TRIMEDX and MOBI Wireless Management, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Godek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana State University and completed coaching training at iPEC Coaching.
