Dean Dube

Dean Dube is an accomplished business analyst and scrum master at Republic Airways since September 2019, specializing in agile project management. With previous experience as a project manager at Indiana University Health, Dean led the successful integration and training of 5,000 employees across multiple hospitals. Between 2012 and 2016, Dean served as accreditation process manager at The Higher Learning Commission, supporting higher education institutions through training and process improvements, while also holding roles such as SharePoint architect and business process manager.
