Heidi Twarogowski has extensive experience in technical support and network analysis, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist and formerly as a Network Analyst at Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. since August 2003. In this role, Heidi coordinates with planning and facilities on network infrastructure projects, manages the Call Center and Home Agent program, and oversees Helpdesk scheduling and remote installations. Heidi is skilled in administering Active Directory, Windows Server, and Lotus Notes. Prior to this, Heidi worked at Midwest Airlines as a Network Analyst from August 2003 to November 2009. Heidi holds two Associate Degrees in MicroComputer Specialist and Networking from Milwaukee Area Technical College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
