Nadim Krim has extensive experience in project management and strategic oversight in various roles within organizations. Currently serving as Executive Management Assistant and Strategic Programs Manager at Office cantonal des systèmes d'information et du numérique (OCSIN) since November 2003, Nadim leads the management of strategic steering areas and supports internal audits. Previously, Nadim held positions including Head of IT PMO/SMO, overseeing IT projects and services and implementing project methodologies such as "HERMES." As President of Association PMO Romand since 2010, Nadim contributes to the development of project management best practices.
