Kevin D. Sipes has served as executive vice president and treasurer of Republic Bancorp, Inc. and Republic Bank & Trust Company since January 2002, and chief financial officer of both since October 2000. Kevin joined Republic in 1995. He is actively involved with community service, and is a board member of Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana.
