Sharon Blair has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of ERP program management and project leadership. Sharon began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at GEA Consumer Services in 1987 and worked there until 1997. Sharon then served as a Project Leader in different areas within GE, including Appliance Pricing, Warranty Management, and Oracle HR, before becoming an ERP Program Manager for Financial Reporting & Accounts Payable from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Sharon worked as an ERP Program Manager for Finance at GE Appliances, a Haier company, and later transitioned into the role of Senior Digital Marketing Specialist until 2022. Currently, they work as a Principal Solutions Engineer at Republic Bank.
Sharon Blair obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Georgetown College, where they attended from 1983 to 1987.
