Andrew Osterman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Project Manager at Student Involvement, where they created marketing communications materials and implemented strategic marketing plans. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Communication Specialist at CEDARS Youth Services. In 2008, Osterman became the General Manager of Zen's Lounge, where they developed craft beer programs and implemented marketing communications. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Brand Manager at Double Eagle Beverage Company, managing the craft division and executing on-premise and off-premise programs. Osterman then joined Goose Island Beer Company in 2011, initially working as a Program Coordinator before taking on various senior roles, including Senior On-Premise Marketing Program Coordinator, Senior Special Events Coordinator, and Senior Brand Manager. During this time, they managed teams, coordinated activations and events, and developed trade programs. In 2017, Osterman became a Brand Director at Anheuser-Busch, overseeing the Craft Beer Portfolio until 2019. In 2019, they founded V/SPEED, an aerial cinematography production company. Finally, in 2020, Osterman served as the Director of Marketing at Revolution Brewing Chicago before joining Republic Brands in 2021 as the Brand Director for Rolling Papers & Cones.
Andrew Osterman attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree with a specialization in Advertising.
