Joe Sierra has a comprehensive work experience in the tobacco industry. Joe started their career in 1995 as the National Training Manager at Brown & Williamson Tobacco, where they developed and delivered training programs for the Trade Marketing Team. Joe then moved up to become a Senior Area Manager, managing a team of 17 Sales Representatives in New York City, and later became the Director of Trade Marketing NY, responsible for managing personnel and budgets within the New York Sales Region. In 2005, Joe worked as an Area Manager at General Tobacco, overseeing distribution, merchandising, and promotion in various locations. Joe later joined Republic Brands as a Zone Sales Manager, responsible for the distribution, merchandising, and promotion of all Republic Tobacco Brands in the Northeastern states. Overall, Joe has demonstrated expertise in sales management, trade marketing, training, and personnel management.

Joe Sierra attended Iona University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their major was Personnel Management, and they also pursued a minor in Computer Science.
