Melissa Baines is the Chief Credit Officer at Republic Business Credit, LLC since April 2011. Prior to this role, Melissa served as EVP of Operations at Bibby Financial Services (Midwest), Inc. from June 2004 to March 2011. Melissa also worked as an Underwriter and Operations for ABL at CIB Marine Commercial Finance from February 2003 to June 2004. Melissa received their education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1992 - 1994.
