Lailee Waxman

Lailee Waxman is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in apparel design and brand development, currently serving as a Designer at Republic Clothing Group since October 2019, contributing significantly to the company's nearly $300 million annual sales through trend-driven womenswear and mens knitwear. In addition, Lailee is the Designer and Founder of Left Behind Clothing, a sustainable fashion brand focused on creating unique, handmade pieces from vintage materials. Previous roles include freelance design positions at notable companies such as J.Crew, Victoria's Secret Pink, and Joanna Mastroianni, along with a background in sales and merchandising. Lailee's education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Syracuse University, a certificate in Sustainable Design Entrepreneurs from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Sustainability Management at Columbia University.
