This industry takes grit. It's marred with scars and built upon the sacrifices of drilling families. The men and women who built it have invested more than most can imagine. They ventured into territory few will ever go. They've experienced the pain of crushing steel and the joys of hitting their depth. Armeggedon is their daily routine. The knowledge these drilling veterans have to share is as deep as the holes they drill, but rarely is it ever heard. When someone opens the tap for cold fresh water or walks down their driveway to get the mail, they don't understand the blood, sweat, and tears that made it possible. We know what it's like because we've ventured alongside them. We spent years drilling and supporting drillers only to ask, “What’s it all for, and when will it ever change?”. We decided to stop asking questions and begin creating a better future. A future where the work we do is viewed as the vital necessity that it really is. A future where only the most talented and capable decide to pursue this work. A future where barriers to innovation are broken, and this industry becomes a beacon for future generations to participate and invest in. A future where industries look to ours for inspiration. Our Venture has led us to build a Republic. This republic will catalyze veteran knowledge and experience to innovate and build a better drilling future for all involved.
