Matt Story, MBA, PMP, NPDP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matt currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Republic Manufacturing, where they are responsible for implementing the company's business plan and strategic initiatives, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Product and Strategy, overseeing the product direction and company-wide strategies.

Before joining Republic Manufacturing, Matt worked as the Engineering & Product Development Manager, managing project management, research and development, and engineering and design operations. Matt also served as the Product Development Manager and Project Manager, gaining valuable experience in these roles.

In their earlier career, Matt worked at the University of North Texas as a Program Manager & Advisor and Researcher, contributing to various research projects and providing administrative support. Matt also worked at Purlieu, an international mixed-media publication, as the Founding Managing Editor, responsible for planning and producing each issue and ensuring exceptional content. Matt further served as the Creative Lead at Universitat De Barcelona, the North Texas Philosophical Association, Soma Massage Therapy, and the Philosophy of Water Project, where they handled creative and administrative responsibilities.

Matt's extensive work experience, coupled with their educational background, including an MBA and certifications like PMP and NPDP, demonstrate their expertise in operations, project management, product development, and strategic planning.

Matt Story earned their Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management, completing their studies from 2019-2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Arts (MA) in Philosophy from the University of North Texas from 2010-2012. Matt previously earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from the University of North Texas from 2005-2010.
