David Pretzer

David Pretzer has extensive work experience in the beverage industry. David started their career at Southern Wine and Spirits in 2005, where they worked in sales for seven years. In 2012, they joined Young's Market Company and held various roles including Regional Account Executive, Sales Director, and Vice President of Portfolio Management. David worked at Young's Market Company for nine years. Currently, they are employed at the Republic National Distributing Company as the Director of Portfolio Management, a position they have held since 2020. In September 2023, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales at the same company.

David Pretzer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Southern Utah University, attending from 1999 to 2003. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university. Additionally, David holds certifications as a Certified Sake Professional, Certified Sommelier, and Certified Spirits Specialist.
