Diane Ritch McCracken

Diane Ritch McCracken has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic business management, employee and labor relations, negotiation and interpretation of Collective Bargaining Agreements, conflict resolution, policies and procedures, workforce planning, talent management, cultural effectiveness, and communication. Diane has held various leadership roles in HR, including Director of Human Resources for Republic National Distributing Company and Genesee & Wyoming Inc. Diane also served as the Human Resources Manager for Vitro Packaging, LLC. Throughout their career, Diane has successfully earned trust with senior management and employees while achieving strategic business goals.

Diane Ritch McCracken obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR Management from Texas Women's University from 2012 to 2014. Diane also underwent training in Harvard Business Management. Additionally, they obtained certifications including "Culture Matters: Managing Unconscious Bias" from the Cultural Intelligence Center and "DDI Certified Facilitator" from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
