Gabe Ibanez

Gabe Ibanez is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Vice President of Field Operations at Republic National Distributing Company since June 2019, overseeing operations across nine western markets with a P&L responsibility of $230 million and a team of 1,500 associates. Prior to this role, Gabe held several key positions including Director of Distribution at Bradshaw International and various managerial roles at Converse, where responsibilities ranged from senior operations management to project management.
