Jacob Reed Cssgb

Jacob Reed has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jacob began their career in 2000 as an Operations Manager in the United States Marine Corps. In 2006, they transitioned to the private sector and worked as an Associate Consultant at Abalta Technologies until 2008. Following that, they joined Texas Best Restoration as a Business Development Manager from 2008 to 2012.

Since 2013, Jacob has been associated with the Republic National Distributing Company. Jacob has held multiple positions within the company, including Accounts Receivable Supervisor from 2013 to 2015, ERP System Administrator/OTRS Administrator from 2015 to 2017, IT Operations Shift Manager from 2017 to 2021, and Software Engineer from 2021 to present. Currently, they serve as the Lead Platform Engineer.

In addition to their education, Jacob has further certifications including Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ in 2014, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2015, ITIL Foundation from EXIN in 2016, and Box Certified Professional from Box, obtained in 2020.
