Ray Chapman

Ray Chapman has extensive experience in the beverage distribution industry, currently serving as Division Manager of National Accounts at Republic National Distributing Company since March 2019. Previously, Ray held various roles at Kroger from March 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included managing Direct Store Delivery commodities and optimizing inventory control to reduce operational costs. Prior experience also includes a significant tenure at Monarch Beverage Company from June 2001 to March 2015, progressing through multiple positions including Chain Manager for Kroger, where Ray implemented wine merchandising initiatives, and District Manager, focused on marketing and sales strategies. Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Finance from Indiana State University.
