Celeste Harris

Celeste Harris, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Republic Services since September 2019, Celeste supports approximately 500 employees across four locations, providing guidance to the General Manager and management team. Prior experience includes roles at USAA from January 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities encompassed supporting auto injury claims and litigation operations for around 1,800 employees and managing talent programs for entry-level and executive recruiting. Celeste began her career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Balfour & Co and completed an HR internship at Burnett Specialists Staffing & Recruiting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
