Chris Hinson

Chris Hinson is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in database administration and solution architecture, spanning over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as a Solution Architect at Republic Services since October 2012, Chris evaluates and leads the deployment of innovative software and hardware solutions while managing initiatives in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure and High Availability. Previous roles include Manager of DevOps and Database, where oversight of a team of Database Administrators was essential, along with design and architecture responsibilities for high-performance database systems. Chris also held positions at Choice Hotels International, where responsibilities included primary DBA for a mission-critical system, and at D2D Marketing and CRC Information Systems, where creative and programming skills were utilized. Chris holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
