Daniel Leon

Daniel Leon, CPA, currently serves as Area Manager Finance at Republic Services since June 2022, previously holding the position of Finance Manager. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Henkel as Assistant Plant Controller from July 2021 to June 2022 and served as Plant Finance Manager at Ball Corporation from October 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included financial performance reporting and process improvement analysis. Daniel began his career as a Senior Cost Accountant in the North American Beverage Division at Ball Corporation and later worked in internal audit at The WhiteWave Foods Company, contributing to performance analysis and compliance in a multinational setting. Daniel's professional journey started at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Audit Associate. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver, earned between 2010 and 2012.
