Katrina Smith, M.A. is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and safety programs. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Republic Services since January 2017, Katrina also held the position of Manager of Human Resources and Safety at Artesian Water Company, Inc. from January 2010 to August 2016. Prior to that role, Katrina was the Human Resources Manager at Avon Products, Inc., where responsibilities included talent management and employee relations for a significant workforce. Earlier career experience includes a tenure as Personnel Generalist/Manager at Bank of America / MBNA America, managing HR functions for a regional site. Katrina obtained a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
